There’s a new shopping center being developed in my area and was wondering how or who I could contact regarding leasing a space for business. They’ve just started building building the structure of the grocery store, but none of the other units have even started being built yet.

I’d like to start a franchise business, but before I contact the franchise regarding opportunities, I want to know if its even possible to get a store front. Is this even the right procedure?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There are no buildings in existence on that piece of land and we know it’s zoned for warehouses and possibly shopping centers.
I’m choosing to develop a shopping center there because others are fighting to put up warehouses and chemical waste facilities there. This use to be a farm that grew crops putting 3 of us through college. Since the surrounding area want these pollutants, I want something that will at least provide jobs and stop global warming industries to pop up in this town.
